Using Format Painter, Sort & Indents in Ms-Word

In This Video we can Discuss About Some Format Options in Ms-Word

1. Format Painter:-

Select the text or graphic that has the formatting that you want to copy.

Click Format Painter Button image. The pointer changes to a paint brush icon.

To apply formatting to more than one block of text or graphic, double-click Format Painter.

To stop formatting, press esc

2. Increase indent :-

By using this option we can increases the indent level of paragraph.

3. Sort:-

By using this option we can sort the selected alphabets and numerical numbers.
